The Self-Expansion Method™ was designed around a simple premise:
We are all co-creating all the time. In order to step into conscious co-creation, we must first understand the full scope of what it means to be a spiritual being in human form. Only when we understand this information fully can we apply it in real time, and use it to create necessary and meaningful shifts in our relationships, career, purpose, wellbeing, and day-to-day life.
The Journey
Intuition. Integration. Expansion
Phase One: Building the Foundation.
Before intuition can become reliable, you must learn how it speaks through you.
This phase focuses on developing awareness of your internal landscape, and understanding the different forms of intelligence available to you and within you. We place particular focus on strengthening your ability to recognize intuitive guidance with greater confidence and accuracy.
Outcome
By the end of Phase One, you'll have a strong foundational relationship with your intuition, understand how it communicates with you personally, and begin accessing it with greater trust and consistency. You will also have a clear understanding of how intuition works with all four other forms of intelligence.
Phase Two: From Awareness to Integration
Awareness creates possibility. Integration creates change.
Phase Two focuses on taking what you've learned in Phase One and using that knowledge to develop an understanding of your unique inner landscape as it is today. This is where you begin understanding how your inner landscape shapes your experiences.
You’ll learn how to work with your inner landscape and bring it into alignment with the external shifts you desire.
Outcome
By the end of Phase Two, you will have a deeper understanding of yourself and have identified the internal shifts required to create sustainable internal and external change.
Phase Three: Co-Creating Your Reality
Once you've learned how to work with your internal landscape, the next step is learning how to create from it. and understanding the process of co-creating with Spirit.
You'll learn the process of co-creating with Spirit, and the "laws" of co-creation. You'll also learn how to translate insight into precisely applied action, align your frequency, work with timing, navigate uncertainty, and consciously participate in the unfolding of your life.
Outcome
You'll leave with a practical framework for co-creating sustainably. Including a clear understanding of:

how to use your intelligences, including intuition, to align your internal landscape to the desired external shifts, and

how to apply conscious action to create intentional change in your life, within the laws of co-creating with Spirit.
